Vegetables, Barbara Kafka
One can never have too many ideas about cooking vegetables, especially, if like me, you’re a vegetarian. Barbara Kafka’s books are all excellent and this is no exception. Many of these dishes are easy dishes for eating everyday; they are not recherché like so many are in books (like mine?) on the subject. Obviously influenced by French and American cooking and others. Copyright 2005, first edition, first printing, hardcover, no color, 706 pages, condition excellent
