The Art of Cooking with Steam, Jacques Manière
To be honest, I rarely steam things and have not, as a result, used this book. As I flip through it, I see a good size section devoted to cooking with steam. The rest of the book is filled with appropriate recipes. Copyright 1985, first edition, first printing, 318 pages, very good condition (There is an inch-wide strip of light browning along the top of the dust jacket, as though that part stuck up on the shelf and was exposed to light.)
