Painters and Food: Renaissance Recipes, Gillian Riley
While I’ve always thought it a bit of a stretch, I adore cookbooks with paintings in them. This may be because I like food and I like paintings, but in any case, this is a charming little book. As for the recipes, they’re clearly adapted so as to be usable by modern cooks. Copyright 1993, first edition, hardcover, 96 pages, condition excellent (there’s light wear to the dust jacket)
