Les Recettes du Terroir, with Céline Vence (in French)
One of my favorites, I use this as a reference book when I want to learn about regional French cooking. Each region is preceded by several dense pages of text explaining its gastronomic traditions. I can’t find this book anywhere on the internet. It is extremely rare. Copyright 1984, first edition, hardcover, 489 pages, condition better than good, but not quite very good. (The cover is smudged with hand prints that are hard to wipe off. While the book shows signs of use, it is in perfect shape. My name is written on the inside of the cover, as are my old address and phone.)
