La Cuisine du Marché, Paul Bocuse (in French)
I’ll be honest. I was a bit disappointed when I bought this when I bought this book, fifty years ago. I was hoping to find tricks to make my food as delicious as his, but found only modern classics. That being said, this is a great French recipe reference as it seems to contain everything. Copyright 1976, first edition, first printing, hardcover, color plates, 503 pages, condition good (there’s slight wear on the book; the dust jacket is in shreds.)
