While I have nothing against giant coffee table cookbooks with their extravagant use of color, there’s much to be said for data that are miniaturized as in this little book. The print is small (no bigger than 6 point), but it’s so full of information that I can flip through it for hours. Good to take on a trip. Copyright 1994, hardcover, no color, 292 pages, condition excellent (slight browning around edges of cover (there never was a dust jacket), inside pages are fine)
